Muscle Building

If you ever had the chance you would choose your parents better, because  genetics matter when it comes to muscle. When wanting to train always choose your Volume and Intensity wisely. Volume is the number of sets and reps you do and intensity is how much weight to choose to use. Try to take less breaks and do 10-15 lifts with a one minute break. When doing an exercise push yourself until you cant push anymore. That means when you think you cannot get that final repetition up force it because that is the most beneficial for you. Try to train at least 5 times a week, you should see the results after a couple of weeks. Take some protein, 10-20 grams of protein will help you train better and build muscle faster. Measure yourself, keep track of your weight every week to see if you gained or lost weight. If you feel that you aren't seeing any improvements you should think of taking a "creatine supplement". Even minimal creatine intake should help you train harder and longer. You gain muscle you must get plenty of sleep. Recovery occurs when you rest, if you are not getting enough rest you may get injured or ill. Set goals for yourself, if your planning on getting bigger in a couple of days you need to get some help. It takes hundreds of hours to get bigger and you need to have patience. Don't expect a miracle where one day you just gain a lot of muscle. You need to train hard and push yourself to see improvements in your body size.
